| Our Police Department is comprised of dedicated professional officers and it is committed to reaching out to the citizens we serve. In this ever changing society, our department strives to maintain the highest level of training and expertise in dealing with new arising issues. We are a community police department, working closely together with the citizens of Shenandoah as well as our surrounding neighbors with the integrity and professionalism they deserve. The Police Department is comprised of three divisions: Administration Chief John Chancellor and his team oversee all operations of the department. CALEA / Public Information Officer Patrol Concerned primarily with public safety and welfare, Commander Tom Kiefer and his Patrol Officers are highly visible throughout the City of Shenandoah. Special Services Commander Ronnie Earnest is the chief contact for the Special Services Division.
