Shenandoah Valley Infrastructure Project

Project Background
The Shenandoah Valley Infrastructure Project will replace and improve the water lines, sewer lines, storm drains and streets in the city's original residential subdivision. The project will cost an estimated $26.5 million dollars and will take 4-5 years to complete. In May 2007, voters overwhelmingly approved a $19.5 million bond program to help fund the project. The remaining costs will be funded by financing associated with the city's water and sewer utility system. learn more
