| The City of Shenandoah governing body consists of a Mayor and five Council Members which are all at-large positions. The terms of the Mayor and Members of City Council are two year staggered terms. City Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, which is located at 29955 I-45 North. The City Council agenda is posted on the official bulletin board located on the front of City Hall 72 hours prior to the Council meeting.
