| Shenandoah Industrial Development Corporation The Board of Directors of SIDC meets the first Thursday of each quarter, and they hold their Annual Meeting during the month of December. Board Officers and Directors: Garry B. Watts, President Dave Ross, Vice President/Treasurer Jim Lindemann, Secretary Ken Smith, Director Tom Massey, Director Miguel Lopez, Director John Parker, Director Non-voting positions appointed by the Board: Susan Hensley, Assistant Secretary; Alison Doyle, Assistant Treasurer; and R. A. "Mickey" Deison, Attorney for the Corporation. The Board of Directors shall consist of a seven members appointed by the City Council of the City of Shenandoah, Texas, for staggered two year terms of office. Not less that three directors shall be persons who are not employees, officers or members of the governing body of the City. Not less that two directors shall be members of the governing body of the City. The term of four directors shall begin on January 1 on odd numbered years and expire on December 31 of the next following even numbered year. The terms of three directors shall begin on January 1 on even numbered years and expire on December 31 of the next following odd numbered year. Each director must reside within the City of Shenandoah, Texas or in Montgomery County, Texas. >> Return to HOME |
